Junko Enoshima and her co-worker Tsumugi Shirogane start the process of reprogramming unwanted individuals into remodelled girls who are happy to be in the Hope's Peak Academy.
Thanks to the technology of implanting false memories, as well as Junko's brainwashing, the boys turn out wonderful thoughtless characters who do not remember anything that happened and live their normal school life.
And of course, big thanks to Tsumugi with her cosplay skills, which turned into the making of bodysuits that look indistinguishable from the real ones. Who knows, maybe Tsumugi was the first subject of this procedure and someone else is hiding behind her appearance, but it doesn't matter anymore~
