Description
Someone woke her up and won't take the hint and go home already. Something like that.Saw this on EQD and liked the pose, so I did my own take on it.
I had an actual background, but the colours just weren't cooperating, so I went with an abstract approximation. I'll take it.

Female Changelings are rare even in fandom; the Changeling species is fairly rare too. In the show, Chrysalis herself is the only one; I haven't heard of official sources saying the otherwise masculine-looking, smaller than standard pony mares, minions would have a female amongst them, and no source I've read says there'd be any besides Chrysalis, not even considering it a possibility. I guess the minions are modeled after the royal guard concept where not a single of them is female. Or the other way around.

Heh me too! I appreciate that they wanted make changelings less "creepy xenomorph"-esque, but I feel like taking the species on an acid trip wasn't quite the right move.

The predatory looks is what always appealed to me, made them aswesome that way and i loved fanfics and art of changelings and ponies fallign for one another. Or a changeling being adopted by pony parents.

I think they design they choose been better for perhaps a distant cousin of the changelings. But we can always count on the fans of making lore on changelings
