They were one of my "wishes"! As far as "lucky"---I still have (faint) scars from them. They were replaced with permanent anklets and a removeable chain. *Still walking barefoot in shackles*

Lucky you! That is a great present! Having someone to look after you gives great freedom. It is quite strange how shackled feet can allow you to walk so much more free from choices, decisions, responsibilities.
Walking barefoot in shackles is a great feeling.

I had a Church wedding with a traditional gown. I wanted to. I think I could have gotten away with it---except for getting in and out of the Limo!

That's the only pic I have. I don't know who the lucky girl is. We still have the leg irons---they're brought along on trips. Have the matching Peerless handcuffs too!
