Just me snooping around. I keep discovering new gems here!! My only complaint is the lack of tea and cookies for visitors. Ok if I bring my own? I won't touch anything. larry

Ha Larry, sorry mate I only serve tea and biscuits, over here they are biscuits, at my studio, you will have to come here, it's not far. You can touch all you like, I like to get the flesh not only looking right but feeling right and people want to touch them all the time.

Any strange comments? If you're referring to a recent, possibly controversial submission, uh..."no". But I think I've inspired another artist; check out my faves. Is she saying something to me? Are you teaching now; or is school out down there? I'm getting some stuff ready for my first public sale at our art society show( been selling giclees by word of mouth; just started this past february.) Hopefully, Barnum was not just talking about me. ( "one born every minute")Seriously, I'm having fun working at this job. I'm also hoping to learn something from REALLY GOOD artists here. You're the dean at my virtual school.

I can't see any controversial submissions in your gallery, haha painted like a true artist mate, just paint what you see.
Still teaching, another four weeks then I am going to confest, [google it] it's a holiday thing we have over here.

I remember now that when I first saw you were here, I only had a quick glimpse through your gallery with the intention of going through it more thoroughly. Since receiving your note, I am doing exactly that, and looking at some of the real gems I missed before!
Excellent artwork - did you do the matt finish on the girl here to make her stand out - she surely does!

I love my fantasy pieces Anna, they are so uncontroversial ever one says nice things, it's so easy.lol
I only do those other types now and then, they get you out there and there is the time honoured tradition of the artist to be making statements, it must be in my blood.
I didn't do the gloss and matt thing here I was still learning my tricks.

I love the colors and the composition - reminds me of Maxfield Parish's work.
The model looks allot like one I have drawn from before! Dont think her name was Sara though...

Thanks, I have looked at Parish's work a few times there may be some influence but mainly I painted Sara then just let the background happen and evolve out of splashes of paint.
