Excellent! Has a painterly feel alright. Texture & lighting on the Spit are amazing, such a believable use of grime & wear, while the reflections aren't blinding. The 109 looks just as good. Faving this...

Must be the models used, but you can do the historical planes much better than I can. Very nice "feel" to this one. With the angles of the fighters and the setting of the frame conveys a very real sense of motion without any blur!
It's almost like one of those paint by number images from the 70's-80's...lol.

Glad you "get" what I was after
I think a lot of the motion comes from the background plate with the top right to bottom left flow of the clouds leading your eye in and through the image.
