Description "I'm sorry. I must be hearing things. Did you honestly say, 'No' to me?"

This is a practice of an edgier style I use. I not only want to be an animator but also a graphic novelist and this style compared to my more cartoony stuff is what I'll use.

The character is Lang-lang and is a practice character you may or may not see in future projects I'm working on. I wont tell you her story or the story of the project but I'll put it this way - she's not someone you want to meet.

Hey no prob. My version wasn't special color wise for the fur and you can still use mine as reference for your twins. So it's really no biggie.

Well all that is in my own work folder consists of SBP work. In fact it is my main art program I was looking for shading styles that can improve my work and yours seemed impressive enough out of the sbp pics I seen so far

Having SBP as your main isn't bad, man. It's best to reference a style so you have what your looking for. For the picture above I referenced Afro Samurai to get what I want. In fact, if your trying to figure out what you want your pics to look like you should maybe make an influence (reference) map. Here's a link [link] [link] Try it out. This way you have what you're looking for whenever you need it.
