I Found him, one of the rarer True Metal figures to find! Since Mighty Tracker hasn't been shown yet, that I'm aware of, This figure of him is pretty rare to find. I was worried for a moment though, because when I was paying for him the scanner wasn't reading him in their system >.< Luckily the manager checked it and gave the cashier the code to put in, and I was able to buy him!
