Commission/gift forHe asked my to try and draw his OC Pepper in her Mer-pup form, and I think it turned out great. I added in a sunny blue sky, and made it look like Pepper is surfacing from being underwater. Hope this is what you want dude

Itβs a bit wrong but looks amazing Β the top dark blue is in an X formation then the middle around the triangle is right but around that is a slightly darker blue then the bottom find are the darker blue.

in the picture the top looks like a plus with a dark blue V, the middle I just thickened the triangle shape out a bit. the bottom I didn't notice too much
