Hello, I'm just here to tell you that this isn't a base. 
Some bases may not make sense without clothes, but the entire outfit still does not need to be traced/drawn. For example, if someone is gripping part of a shirt then only the fabric that is being gripped needs to be traced/drawn, but not the whole outfit. Bases with premade clothes are not the same. Premade clothes are usually created to set a theme for a picture, which is wrong. A theme for a doll can be set using the props and/or the background. Premade clothed leave little to no work for dollers.
Please remember to make all of your bases naked from now on! ^^

a base isn't always supposed to be naked, a base can have clothes on it. a Clothed Base is to help users with clothes. like a uniform and ect...
Just becouse it has clothes doesn't make it not a base.
