Scissorman is a character from a point-and-click survival horror game called "Clock Tower", on the Playstation, and much like the Dya up there, he likes to run around deserted buildings trying hack people into little pieces with his ginormous scissors.

Cedric should put Arthur in charge of watching/distracting her, while he goes to rob the place himself. But then, Dya would give him the slip somehow, wouldn't she? Probably super-glue him to a chair, or something!
