Ah, wow, it's more then obvious you placed a ton of effort and work into this character's creation. Nicely done here, with this model sheet barely anything's left undefined or explained. I like the specific details you go into, such as the 3-part scale chart and "irregular" scales thing. Well done sir, I'd say this looks professional almost!

What can be said? Professional as always, and I really dig the small dragon like details such as the wings that make this fella stand out. Best of all are the eyes though, they're just so manic looking yet perfectly normal.

I made the comb and wings simliar on purpose, but the fangs/tie connection I only noticed recently!

You would have easily been one of HB Studio's top animators. Have you ever thought of pitching your characters to an animation company?

Disney is trying to return to its 2-D roots. This winter, a film called 'The Princess and the Frog' is coming out. Looks great!!
But you are trying to get your comics published, right? Do try to do that!

Again, not sure the best way to go about it. On the occassions when newspapers etc. reply, they usually just say 'thanks but no thanks'. At least on this site folk seem to be reading and enjoying my stuff (which I'm very happy about) and the cost is tiny!

This work is so good, it puts professional animators to shame. You should SO work for HB or Tim Burton! But you probably want to be your own animator, and I totally respect that.

Have you considered taking over HB cartoons? This would be such a good retro alternative to the new Scooby Doo adventures.

Oddly us HB nuts seem to fall into 2 categories I've noticed. Those who love Scooby-Doo, but don't know about much else and those like me who love everything BUT Scooby-Doo! (though I love Don Messick himself)
