I'm thinking of borrowing this image for a movie poster of a possible sequel. With Peter Weir declining and Tom Rothman at Sony, who do you think would be the perfect producer(s), writer(s), director, etc.? And who would best portray that female you created?

I hope Disney, the owner of TCF(now 20th Century Studios since Iger dropped the Fox identity in regards to the Murdochs), sees the opportunity of a Master and Commander film series in collaborations with Universal, and maybe Samuel Goldwyn Films under Toby Goldwyn. Dunno about Miramax(a former Disney asset) under beIN(with ViacomCBS via Paramount Pictures having a 49% stake in Miramax).

Would have loved that girl to have been Mr. Pullings, or that native woman Jack was looking at as they were about to finish trading with the village.

Just to clarify, the movie was based off of two of the books. Master And Commander & Far Side Of The World. I only know because my dad owns THE WHOLE SET of books.
