Description
So apparently when Reading 2100 was in Washington state, the people who operated it completely changed it by giving it a subpar cosmetic makeover and converting it from coal to oil improperly. Which caused the whistle to sound like crap, as well as dampen the engine’s performance, both figuratively and literally. But fortunately the 2100 is now being restored in Cleveland, OH properly!And you can check out the updates here.
