They got close with cholla but the "new" corruption sorta failed leaving cholla with half is body black with bits of pink and so hes somewhat half permanently corrupted. Even though it doesn't effect his personality that much.
yeah and that wasn't the only thing they were doing in secret lots of shady stuff

his mind and body were messed up so bad he'll never be his normal self again. He was a normal happy wiggle once but now hes a monster.

Well unlike the normal wiggles he was injected with the triangle juice and given lots of different powerful chemicals and was zapped with electricity. So yeah he didn't have it well
