She fears the creatures of corruption (such as bilxer and barracuda etc) since they are capable of destroying her so she chooses a different approach to destruction and ruining while staying hidden. Since blixer and square know her presence from this image  pink is bad but red is worse .
Rift is actually not as powerful as she seems and mainly uses basic melee attacks with size as an advantage but it also makes her a bigger target for non malee attacks. Although often instead of fighting directly she uses her intelligence and wit to get the job done.
