Your work is really impressive. I can relate to using a mouse for stuff like this; when I first started using a computer for PS it was for a local periodical that was too broke to have anything nice and so I got used to doing vectors and pathing with a mouse rather than a tablet or anything. I did however, recently receive a Wacom as a gift and am trying to get a handle on it. I'll have to keep checking your stuff man, it's really good work, thanks for posting it!

I've read how-to books of Adobe illustrator at the beginning. Then I actually tried the method of the pen tool in version 8 of the illustrator. And was the practice to trace a line using mouse on the old Mac computer picture of parts that have been drawn to the car of parts list nearly one book worth. Why parts list? Because I was a designer of automobile manufacturers.
It is is from 10 years ago began to draw a woman using Adobe illustrator.

wow
you mean you did cars first?
incredible, I love that whatever you draw turns out soo realistic!
though isn't it hard doing it with mouse?
I used to draw with mouse before I got my tablet and there was no pressure sensitivity.
^-^

how long does one piece take you with this method? looks very tedious but also the finished product is impressive

Oh okay, so you start making your shapes directly on top of the image first, and then color after?
