Moar art folio stuff. Not sure if I'm gonna use the Tomas empowered by the Valheru soul of Ashen Shugar in a final piece. But I thought I'd upgrade the abysmal attempt currently disgracing my folio, so I drew this in my free today.Where Pug turned out looking like a Samurai, Tomas looks like a Chinese warrior, borrowed a lot from Ma Chao. Medieval Yurop was cool too but still...

Wow! I love this portrayal of Tomas! Somehow, i'd always pictured him to be like an epic-manly-man in epic-manly-man-armour like you see in olden day movies and stuff... but maybe that's just my fangirl mind at work! To be honest... I have no idea how to explain how I saw him

Yeah I did too originally but when I drew one like that it looked to plain so I went for extravagant this time. Yeah I figured with dragons spurs might be dropped in favour of large spikes

thomas' face i good as well with the distinctive high cheekbones
i spose its had to tell waht armour art style to use when its ancent elf dragon riders
but this is still, as per your other peices, top quality and i do hope you find a way to put it in your folio.

Mm I added those as an after thought cos he looked to generic, I think it works.
Well I got to thinking that if you go to all trouble to stash away some armour in a dragon's hall in a fancy box, a tabard and some chain mail just wouldn't cut it. Besides Ashen Shugar was the ruler of Eagles Reaches so I'd guess his armour would be over the top.
