Xing Cai of Shu based on how she appears in Dynasty Warriors 7.I drew this eons ago back when DW7 was announced. I thought I would draw more characters so I didn't submit it back then. As that didn't really happen I figured I might as well do it now!
I really like Xing Cai's redesign in this game, felt it really suits her and her character.
