I have had some problems drawing him, and this made me realize I have been doing it wrong, emphasizing things that didn't need emphasizing, and vice versa. Thanks

glad I could help! I did loads of drawings before I got one that worked this well, even just choosing a good reference photo can make a world of difference

Haha! If that makes you creepy, then everyone who does Sherlock fanart is creepy. (Though, you could probably say many of us are...I prefer the term "devoted" however.) But, no I think it's completely normal for an artist to feel the urge to draw Benedict. His face is way too interesting to resist.
