I am alone.I am utterly alone.
I close my eyes and
I am surrounded by people-
Long lost people- who love me.
I open my eyes
Nothing butΒ Β fear and darkness
Surrounds me.
Hot tears roll slowly down my cheek.
I call upon the name of God,
To take me away -
To speak to me
To comfort me...
But I am alone.
Even God has abandoned me now.
There is a cold hearted emptiness
That will forever linger in my soul.
I have lost sight of the light in my life.
I have lost sight of my purpose.
I should leave this place
To end the heavy burden
Of all those who once knew me.
I am lost.
Lost beyond hope.
Lost beyond found.
Lost beyond any love
That could repair my shattered soul.
Leave me alone.
I am hopeless.
I am useless.
I am alone...
I am utterly alone.
