Another skin for the Aston Resource Monitor, little different style this time, but yet reminiscent of the 1st in a semi-minimalistic way.you can download it at the astonshell website, once they have it posted.

This looks exceptional, but I've got one question.
Can I use this alone. I really like my visual style for my explorer shell but want to use this plug-in with this skin, is that even possible or am I gonna have to try and find an astonshell thing I like?

You'll probly have to use the aston shell. The plugin that the skin is for is written for Aston shell specifically. (but if you could find a way to edit the shell you're using, enabling it to use that plugin, then i assume it could work.. but editing the default windows shell would likely be nearly impossible, w/o the source code, and lord knows microsoft would go bankrupt before giving that away)

Ok. Thanks anyway, I'll see if I can do that. I'd be nice if someone in the community ported it over to something standalone, like Rainmeter or something. *Hint hint to anyone who knows how*.
I'm considering I might have to find some free time in the next year or so and make my own shell thing with Aston otherwise. Which would be nice 'cause so far I haven't found any that I like.

I'm quite fond of Aston.. their description of the new shell they're working on make me drool... completely freeform, apparently.. if you can imagine it, you can code it to perform it, and skin it however you like, just like the current version. (my problem is, i dont know how to code anything besides a simple webpage..heh)
but yeh, if you cant find a way to get the amonitor application into a different shell, find a monitor app. you like, and maybe i could collaberate with you on a skin for it.. or work on one myself if i can figure out how to skin it.

I did upload this to the aston website, but as of yet it has not been posted, though other skins have been posted by other people since then... so i suppose i should just try and post it again.. i'll be sure to do that as soon as i get a chance.

When will this be available for download? Been waiting for quite awhile on aston and nothing is there yet. Looks like a great theme just wanting to try it out.
