It looks rather cool, though the green shape is too big and the menu and footer links don't get enough attention because the background is so busy. The little boat on the footer with the Facebook and Twitter icons is also pretty funny and creative, though its style doesn't correspond with the style of the website, and since the website is underwater mostly, a boat in the footer seems strange.
