I have a question: How do you make the initial poster-ish layout? I'm not sure how people make it look so professional...

Actually, it kind of evolved on its own. I have it separated into five sections, somewhat like a web page: the header, three body elements and a footer. All of which are in their own layers. And the only real trick to making it look somewhat official is the font. I used the same one employed in TF2, which I found on here: [link] The rest is just recreating some logos and stuff like the "NEW" label.

I would so love to have that tazer when those spies come a-sappin', hit them with the tazer then de-sap and watch them get bullet-raped

You do have three weapons here, but you could actually have the Tazer replace the wrench if it was designed so that shooting a building sentry, dispenser, or teleporter would have the same effect as hitting it with the wrench: that it would be constructed twice as fast, then drastically reduce the range of the tazer so that it's a short-range weapon instead of the medium range of the pistol, then you could have the Black Beauty replace the pistol and the gas grenades replace the shotgun.
I think these are great ideas, and I would love to have an EMP weapon, but 5 seconds seems just a slight bit too long. For an idea sketch, though, it's amazing.

So, will the tazer short out cloaks (either drain the meter or leave the Spy crackling for a while) and take out 10% of their TOTAL health (which I basically know it will)?
The gas grenade launcher, while presumably susceptible to compressed air blasts, sounds like a brutal camping weapon when combined with a level 3 sentry...plus, there are only two ranged weapon slots to work with, and you've used three.
Still great ideas.

Mainly the idea was only to take 10% of their health, then have them slow down, like hitting caltrops in TFC, just for two seconds. But its effect on cloaking was never fully formed. However it might be nice just to have spies shimmer for those two seconds with some sort of electrical effect, like the one imposed by the black beauty, if they were hit while cloaked.
And although it's true that the grenade launcher could be used by a skilled player to brutalize enemies -- if all hits were head shots, the weapons overall damage is very similar to that of the shotgun (which it replaces). I just thought it would be a fun addition.
Oh, the Tazer and Black Beauty both replace the pistol -- so one at a time. I figured they would be used in balance, like the spies new cloaking devices.

That's what I was thinking. I mean, Spies have a lot of advantages, and everyone has an edge on an engineer unless he's set up a dispenser and sentry. It'd be good to give him reasonable self-defense.
Well, it isn't bad, but I'd still like to see a different wrench.
They do make a good defensive/offensive balance.
