There was a very similar scene that Walt Simonson did when he took over Thor in the 80's. I love it!

I had forgotten about it for years, and then about 5 years or so ago a buddy lent me he hardcover version of the first twelve issues of Thor from when Simonson took over, and somewhere at the beginning of the fourth or fifth issue into his run. there it was. If I recall the female in question was a mythical being spying on one of her own kind who had defected into our realm a century or whatever before, and the feeding her the french fries would either reveal who she was or kill her. Being vegetarian, I'm usually at odds with fast food joints, but what a way to go! Hope you found 'em. Of course if you're anything like me you're probably still studying them with fervor!
