Same, but I got hounded with comments on my old account about how he had a darker skin tone, and I really didn't want to deal with it.  I was tempted to color him in the way I wanted to, but this is a redraw, so I figured I should just stick to what the original had rather then changing it.

Tbh in the manga (the legendary version) shows that he is 100% the same skin colour as Link. Paler when he unleashes higher power.

I like both the dark skinned shadow, and the pale version. Although I think he looks cuter pale.
