The Riseverse is now supposed to be the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so yes, this is reconned into Human Trixie being posssesed by the Phoenix Force (as the Red Lanterns don't exist in the Riseverse).
Thankfully, Belldandy used her magic to destroy the Phoenix Force, turning Human Trixie back to normal.
