It's such an interesting contrast between it all.
This is the sort of thing you'd expect a child to do and yet it is clearly an adult giving the gesture while at the same time she does seem child-like to the Space Marine. It's a very interesting piece for 40K and very well done.

It depends on the chapter. A Salamander will happily accept it. A Space Wolf would be amused, and wouldn't refuse, but would probably toss it after they left. An Ultramarine would politely decline, as they have no need for such things, and the Codex Astartes doesn't approve of such things, as they are distracting. An Imperial Fist would either flatly decline or use flowers to disguise their fortress to sneak up on the enemy, using the gift as inspiration. The Black Templars would possibly execute the person trying to give them a present.
Keep the Bear-in-mind: all space marines are still individual people, so results may vary.
