It's been a full 3 weeks since the egg's hatched (metaphorically). And while Ripple can stand everything but the lack of sleep (though she doesn't complain about it), Ilias can't stand the baby at all. He cries too much, he gets all the attention, and now the parents have told Eli that they're enrolling him in the Adventure Guild that's about to open on Midway. Doing so means that he'd spend most of his nights in the orphanage and get to return only on weekends and breaks until he's older. What fun.
