Oh no. Just some random ponies of every species with random colors (actually tried to choose colors not to match anyone I know of). It is an abstract painting, with no specific story or persons behind.

Хранить сон спящих - не менее важное дело, чем приносить новый день. Здорово вышло - тоже подумывал как-то это выразить, но в сюжет не особо складывается, а такая стилизация, наводящая на мысли о витраже или гравюре, очень подходит к настроению, это точно.

So Luna's the one who's been giving me my premonitions?
(premonition = prophetic dreams that actually happen at some point in the future. my i don't remember mine until they happen, and i get a really strong feeling of deja-vu)

God, I just love Luna more and more! Sure, her and Celestia are my top two, but Luna's #1 by a landslide.
I never thought about the whole 'dream' thing before.
I'm totally going to incorporate this idea somewhere into my fanfic now.
BTW, this is just an amazing picture. The composition and Luna's pose is just beautiful.
