Gosh! She is so beautiful.
You really captured her natural and regal beauty in this. One the best I've seen of her. I make you wish even more to be with her all night.

Ты исправил лунное свечение! И так правда лучше.
Тут радуют тени на лице - уже совсем мягкие переходы, ты успешно преодолеваешь былые смущающие контрасты.
Нравится как нарисованы волосы, но не нравится, как они уложены - особенно хвост лежит не очень естественно.
А вообще, любая критика застревает у меня в горле, когда рядом с сегодняшними я вижу рядом какой-нибудь твой рисунок полугодичной давности и прозреваю от прогресса.
Только у тебя техника опережает логику

Ох. Спасибо тебе огромное, что критикуешь. Вот сейчас как раз и начинает выходить боком тот мой подход к обучению рисованию, о котором когда-то в самом начале говорили, отсутствие систематики и вообще заход с чёрного хода, через силуэты и прятанье в темноте
(А свечение я чуть подубавил в процессе обсуждения вон там .)
А по сути рисунка - я не смогу ничего добавить, наверно. То есть мог бы много чего наговорить, но оно как-то лишним, неуместным тут кажется, да и неправильным вообще. Но я рад, если ты действительно о чём-то своём задумался в итоге.

I see this image, and I wonder,
It seems before the darkness came.
That tore the sisters two, asunder,
When Luna, Nightmare Moon became.
She sits in dark, upon the clouds,
Through night, alone, unseen, unheard.
Devoid of Suns' adoring crowds,
Within her heart, the darkness stirred.
A lonely task to watch the shadows,
Creating wonders none will see.
No one to frolic - empty meadows,
It's quiet land, from sea to sea.
She grows resentful of her sister,
Who each day sees her loving fans.
She starts to hear voice whisper,
It offers her seductive plans.
She fights temptation off, for now,
Continues watching until dawn.
But there's concern in her brow,
For deep within, she's feeling drawn.

The picture is indeed from before the Luna' fall, and you captured the mood quite well. Complications, and misunderstandings, and uneasiness in the air. And everything is quiet still, but it will not last long.

Hope you will not abandon it after first tries and failures - just believe in yourself and try to paint in the style which entertains you. That means not necessarily following the tutorials, but trying maybe to find something your own.
When I started to use tablet, for example, my main instrument was the "Smudge" one, and I formed shapes not by painting it exactly, but by simply deforming initial color stain until it looked like, well, something. Like this.

well,,, for me i love this thing to much to ever put it down, had to pry myself away from it to do work(i hate work) and b4 i was using a track pad so anything is a step up from that xD
