2. I use MS Paint (yeah, it's beginners, I know ) , and I edit my artwork with Paint 3D (that's how I do the a little bit of the effects), but I'm planning to take another step with my artwork by using another drawing software. I think I can recommend FireAlpaca or Sai Paint Tool as some of the professional ones.
