I do not know why, but when I see this picture I have tears in my eyes. Again and again.
Thank you.

I'm new here. Β Please don't take offense if I ask if you could possibly add her fourth pip. Β This is an outstanding likeness of the Captain. Β One of the best I've ever seen.

I've just watched the video. Now I'm really, really, REALLY impressed. The layers of colour you added, the detailed work ... simply WOW!

Thanks Actually I made the video because I wanted to see what I was up to. It's like you forget the whole process once your piece is finished. And then the same feeling of oh-my-god-what-the-hell-am-I-doing-?! starts over again with the next piece. So basically, it's to remind myself that every piece of art I make looks shit in the beginning and ends up satisfactory at the end. I tried filming one of my traditional works, but I get really stressed with a camera pointing at me. So this was easier

That's a very good idea! With the amount of different colours and shades you applied I very much believe that you can not remember the detailed work. I was completely fascinated how you "build" the final look.
