I can see both mother and son, they’d talk Pink saying she’s sorry for everything she’s done, he’d say he forgives her, and realizes we all make mistakes. 

Then the two cry and hug it out.

Well done! I can feel the guilt Pink has for what happened in the Gem war and that Steven is suffering for her mistakes with the other Diamonds, and the love she has for him as she holds him in her arms telling him how sorry she is for what he's going through because of her actions.

And Steven is confused but is just happy to finally meet his mother and he understands why she did the things she did.
