New ref of Quartz! My Nuke Cola Quartz Cinnadog!

Old Design:
He's only been slightly redesigned
Still Nuka Cola Themed just without the big ol logo on him.
Instead I just put a nuke marking on his belly and added some red spots
so he isn't 'too white'.
He was created 'before' the 'NO loop hole cinnadogs' updates!
Please do not make a loop hole cinnadog ! (This includes nuka-cola themed ones)

Hello! I was wondering if you could help me design my cinnadog myo? I recently bought one and I can't draw them to save my life.

Specifications:
Female, White body, white wavy hair.
The flowers shown on the cake would be on top of her tail, the one flower on the top would be on her hair.
Scottish fold ears, regular tail.
For the markings, I'm unsure. I'd like them to be light pink, and to keep them to a minimal.
If this is too much to ask, I will gladly ask someone else, I understand if you're busy. I am also willing to pay points, although I don't have many more ;v;

I'm not allowed to take points for designing cinnadogs actually.
It's against Cinnabutt's TOS, money/points isn't allowed to offered,
but art/designs are allowed to be offered as payment.
I don't do MYOs for free anymore but I'll look at good quality art or designs :,>

Design-wise I like cinnadogs, jolleraptors, any of these -> Favs
but I mean I'll look at any designs, they don't have to be cinnas, JRs or in that folder.
Art wise, I like chibis, pixel art and couple art most? But I'd be fine with any type of art pretty much
as long as it's good quality and I like the style. :>

my computer can't handle the game sadly, it's too 'new' for my crappy 2014-2015 computer.

I haven't played 4 yet either
and sadly I can't play new Vegas cause my PS3 copy has all the DLCs and their pre downloaded so as soon as you start up they are already on and activated so if you start a new game, you have this glitch where you cannot do any missions at all and my fallout 3 is the same ;;

my computer is fine with the older games, regardless of how large they are
only new games I can't play : / The downfalls of buying gaming laptops...
they become outdated eventually for new games.

I don't play large games on pc because of that same issues, I rather just have the disc itself

Not exactly, if I sold him - yes I could get in trouble, if they noticed, but since I don't plan to ever sell him
his logo is harmless, he's basically a fan oc, which isn't illgel (I mean look at the MLP fandom, pony ocs everwhere).
I just personally don't like it, it doesn't look very natural on him, looks more like a unintended tattoo rather than a marking,
so I substituted the red logo for red spots.
