Yeah I find it really stupid that people think they can 'claim' colour palettes on deviantART.
Funnily a lot of those people often get references and inspiration from other palettes or photos they looked up.
So technically, if going off their logic, they are actually taking someone elses colours, modifying them then claiming it's 'theirs'.

is there a way I can use this in fire alpaca or does it only work for sai?

I use it in Fire alpaca,just save the picture and open in on there

I'm pretty sure it works in any program since you can just save the file
and colour pick it :0 it even works in MS paint.
