Here is the side profile soon after the May 20th 1967 mission where Colonel Robin Olds and 1st Lt. Stephen Croker shot down 2 North Vietnamese Mig-17s, where the Zap tag from the 435th Tactical Fighter Squadron (Lockheed F-104 Squadron) was painted over and the two kill stars were added. This is the only change at this time. The top view looks the same so I won't re-post it. This view is possible from the research done by Jennings Heilig from the Large Scale Planes forum.
