Svartifoss is simply stunning. The day I was there it was bright and sunny with lots and lots of people around. The clouds in the background add to the moodiness nicely.

This image has an incredible and unique setting, definitely empowered by the strength and simplicity of the black and white. I love the contrasting textures of the graceful water and harsh lines of the basalt. I hope this site was more difficult to find than simply driving up to it! I'm sure that would make this a much more gratifying capture.
