Yes, I believe most of them are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0. You can do whatever you like with them---modify, distribute, sell, whatever---as long as you give me credit as creator.

Well, when I first saw the image, I pictured a sci fi setting- a space port with ships flying here and there- a planet or nebula- something like that. I design book covers mainly- both print and ebook- but I like art without text all over it too

Wow! Well, by all means, feel free to use it however you like. Or if you can think of any little adjustment that I could make to its structure or coloration, by all means suggest it. Tweaking these is easy.
