** ENGLISH VERSION **Eel O'Brien was a petty criminal. In a fellony gone wrong, he got in contact with strange chemicals that transformed his body into living elastic rubber. From then on he decided to use his newly acquired super powers to be a hero, and fight alongside the Justice League as Plastic Man!
Stretched to the limit, here goes my painted version of him. I chose colour lines instead of black ones cause... well, they looked much better in the end!
This one is also for the cards project we are working on... but this time I did ALL the work.

Eel O'Brien era un criminal común. En una fechoría que resultó mal, entró en contacto con químicos extraños que transdormaron su cuerpo en una plástico viviente. Desde ese entonces, decidió usar sus nuevos poderes para ser un héroe, y luchar junto a la Liga de la Justicia, como Plastic Man!
Estirado al límite, acá está mi versió pintada del muchacho. Elegí la versión con lineas a color porque... bueno, se veía mejor que con lineas negras al final.
Este trabajo también es para el proyecto de cartas en el que estamos trabajando... pero esta vez yo hice TODO el trabajo.

Thanks Mona! I knew he was in those but haven't watched them yet - I love him in the comic books... there's a really funny Justice League story in which he alone defeats an alien invasion of dog-like aliens, by shape-shifting as all the other Justice League Members... how did that work? dogs are colour-blind, and so were these aliens, hence they got terrified and fled away when they saw the whole Justice League was upon them!

They are releasing the original 1979 Plastic Man cartoon on DVD soon. All 35 episodes. I'm jazzed.

He'd kick anyone's @$$ on twister, I would not recommend doing that with him. Would be like playing celebrity charades with Mystique, or hide and seek with the Invisible Woman - big no-nos.

He is probably completely naked and changed the color of his parts red. So I wouldn't be touching him anywhere, he can reassemble those anywhere as well!

hahaha el chabon este no tenía su serie de tv? Porque yo estoy seguro de que lo veía... xD Se transformaba en un tobogán, y siempre enroscaba con los brazos a los malos que atrapaba... hahaha era medio choto el personaje... pero el dibujo te quedó muy copado, muestra todo el dinamismo del personaje...

No podés acordarte de la serie de TV de Plas!!! Si, era una boludez, pero convengamos que a nuestros nuevos estándares, todos los dibujitos en su momento eran re pelotudos
El muchacho es un ilustre superheroe de DC Comics, amigo de Superman, Batman y Wonder Woman... y si, tiene sus detractores... pero a mi me gusta mucho más el personaje que Elongated Man

Uh qué zarpado... veo que te tomás más tiempo que yo para hacer los trabajos. El dibujo (sin pintar) lo vi hará fácil un año.. y he aquí la versión final que por cierto, está estupenda. Lo pintaste asombrosamente bien, te quedó estupongo Gon = )

En realidad pintarlo me tomó... no se, una hora y algo.
El año se lo toma uno para "empezar"

Aunque en este caso al principio no tenía ganas de pintarlo yo, y se lo dí al mexicano loco StanMX/Maynard... que tuvo sus altibajos y al final no pintó ni corno, así que lo agarré yo de vuelta.

Great fun pic of a great fun character. I love how extreme you made his legs in comparison to each other. Plastic Man is not a character to exercise moderation with! Nice colour work!

And that is why I chose to draw it... I know nothing of anatomy and proportions, so good thing I did not need that for this! So far it's the only drawing I made for the proyect... still if I have time I'd like to try some anatomy for real
