Description
These guys are surprisingly fun to draw, tought I'd have more trouble with them but alas.
Spent all yesterday working on and off on this one, I finished at at around 2 am tho so I waited to post it until this morning.

The first two are Rafiki and his cousin Biba! He's from a comic called "Rafiki's cousin", he's shown to be very clumsy and Rafiki is quite annoyed by him. I drew them in their younger days, they're both blonde and have the same tail mutation (most of Rafiki's family has it).

The other is chief Khalfani, the leader of the mandrill troop Rafiki was part of before going to train in Grass walls to become a shaman. He was a very good and respected leader, he died defending a young mandrill from a leopard attack; the feline was famished and desperate, so even tough Khalfani eventually drove it off, the injuries he suffered in the fight prover fatal.
Design wise I partially based him on old Rafiki concept art, I made his mane both blonde and drark grey and made him big and muscular in general; his reds and blues are also very bright on account of him being the dominant male of his troop. Here I drew him in his glory days when he was younger, later on when his mane went white he also lost some of the poofiness of it, but didn't go bald like most males, the darker parts became a very light grey instead of white.

He's from the 6nA story "follow the leader" I want to make more characters from that story in particular because there's quite a few mandrills, I stopped to 3 here because I didn't want to risk getting this stuck in limbo.
