I didn't do anything to the helmet actually. Normally I design a Ranger for a Zord, this time I designed a Zord for the Ranger.

I assumed the Battle Buggy from Full Blast Action was her Zord, even though it was driven by Omega.

Given that the blast buggy is orange with Kat Ranger's symbol in the cockpit, it fits more with Kat as a Zord than Gold. But technically the Blast Buggy was just a spare auxiliary Zord that was commonplace throughout the galaxy, so I doubt it was specific to any ranger.
