Because he made this and claims that he made it;
And the thing is that he stole from a few people and ignore their comments asking him to take down his stolen works or at least credit the original artists.

Looking through his gallery, yeah I see that he's been ignoring people telling him to take the stolen pictures down. In that case I may have to try to report him, and the other artists whose artwork he's reposted should look into reporting him as well.

He is completely ignoring them indeed. Rather then replying to them, he keeps submitting new things and commenting.
I've warned the most artists I could so they can report him. I think I'm going to ask for help though. Some of these artists have accounts on Tumblr, Weasyl, etc... and I don't have any account on these website to be able to warn them.
I could only warn DeviantArtists.
