It said in the book, he looked like his father alto as much as Al to Harry. Therefore, since Draco has WHITE blond hair, Scorpius would have it as well.

as you can also see, my albus isn't an exact copy of harry either, flat hair and freckles, this is the same liberty I took with the darker blonde color. It's boring to have exact clones, even harry wasn't an EXACT clone of his father, just resembled him strongly.
