'Revenge of the Phobots' Project - Example

You knew this was coming

The next generation of Phobots are being recruited, bigger, faster, and more advanced than ever before.

This time there will be no 'cameras-held-to-face-bots', this is for hardcore, quality cyborgs only.

Open to all those who took part last time, aswell as all those who missed out.....with prizes for the best entries!

Guidelines

Similar to last time, before you start you should see:
+ How to make a basic phobot

Please don't send cropped, toned, or mirrored photos, I can do that!

If possible, a floating camera effect similar to the top left photo should be employed. The easiest way this can be achieved is with a tripod, mini- or mono-pods are especially good for this. The bottom one was taken by having both hands on the camera on the other half of the photo, which are then hidden by the reflection.

Another technique I'd like to see is rather than using a mirror, having the photo taken by another person. This will allow your photos to be taken against almost any cool background you can find, such as the bottom shot, I took of =Cogito-Ergo-Doleo in the Cardiff Ice Rink.
If anyone wants me to take their photo for them using this method, I'll be available at the 19th Dec London devmeet.
Just remember to bring any props!

Full body shots would also be interesting.

You could have bionic arms, tripod legs......be creative!

I'm sure theres loads more things that could be done.
