It's not that difficult.
Find your Valve directory, head to the steam folder, get into the gmod section, and stick the models in the addons folder.
If that doesn't work, then usually the Materials and Models folders will keep the rest of them. (They're labeled as such, so don't worry about mixing them.)

but thats a little difficult for me, when i download them to my desktop i need to extract them right? so i extract them to the addons folder and then the REAL folders appear on my desktop. so then i move those to my addons folder. and then i have no idea were to find them in the spawn menu.

That's....not a place for GMod stuff. That's just 3D model files. Those won't work with GMod. They'll have to be converted.

You'd need the actual program, not just a viewer.

I would say it's best to practice 3D stuff on your own first than trying to show it on dA.
But yes, the 2D stuff is always a joy to see. :3

The models shown here are not normally barefoot. I had to use a bit of photoshop....and some clever GMod tricks.

Erm...no, not quite actually. There's barely any. In fact, the only ones I know of that come barefoot are a few swimsuit models.
