Though you did use physics to get it up there and it wasn't destroyed. Man, how many mainsails did it TAKE? I haven't unlocked them yet so I'm stuck with skippers for the time being. Uneven weight must have done wonders for your thrust vector though.Β

I think I probably used 25 Mainsails, but this was long ago before the Skipper was even introduced.

It took me an hour to make my first rocket that didn't flip upside down and ram the planet. Β This is the closest I've been to speechless in a very long time.

Keep in mind all of the hours I put in to this game to be good enough to make something like this haha. The trickiest part of this was just figuring out how to attach the wing pieces to make it look like a boat, and then balancing the orange tanks below it to get it in to orbit.

Your solar sails are facing the wrong way. ;A;
The solar winds would push you backwards (cuz the reflective side catches the solar winds (or rather is pushed by them)).
They should add actual solar sails to KSP though, that'd be fun. Although it'd be one of the slower means of transportation but it'd also cost no fuel or energy.
