Interesting alternate view of Nightwing's costume. The last time I saw boots that big were on Impulse and he needed them to keep him below the speed of sound. Of course, we're dealing with a Bat here. Who knows how many tricks are hidden away in those!

Sorry it is taken me a while to reply, I just got back in the saddle here. My colouring scene is seriously amateurish, but if you wanna know how I do it, thats easy. Colour each section of the drawing with the lineart on a separate layer. Then use the same colour to darken and lighten, just set the layer to multiply to darken and screen to lighten. Once you are done, mess around with levels, hue and saturation until it looks right. That's the recipe for my cookies.
