Description
I made this a while ago for my mom (for mothers day) kicked my dad and sisters ass in gifts by the way. It is 6" cubed with 5 and 3/4" inch squared cut. five cuts for each side of the boxes and one for the top (tree view if your wondering). five by five inch glass sheets that I cut my self are in front and behind the papercuttings to protect them. A layer of tissue paper is behind the cuts to make softer lighting. Unfortunatley it was not my best I made another one but someone has it (will submit later but unfortunately given to someone else so I lack picture of it completed, only have the scans of the cuttings.) however my mum still loves it and is quite happy that it is not "my best" because i made with my wee bare hands. I tried mimicking the lighting with Photoshop with my scans to look like the real deal (ps: I'm taking a photoshop class but i still suck but want to learn how to draw digitaly). enough babbling and enjoy my crappy cellphone pictures of my box that i took when it was still drying from the stain i put on it. (reason their is a wad of paper between the lifting top and rest of body in top pic)Related content

what kind of light is in the box? and is it battery operated or do you plug it in an outlet?

Love it, dude! I wish I had something like that around the house, would really warm up the atmosphere, I think.
