I have no idea whatthe problem is, or how a site that allows people and animals to be ripped apart and killed horribly can complain about a bit of spanking ... or out right sex ... is beyond me completely.

As someone below pointed out which helps to understand,
anyone that hits the flag button leads to the sort of warning
I got. No one at DA needs to have seen it.
But yeah, I'm with you, the stuff that's allowed is offensive to
me, and the stuff that is not allowed is not.
At least the rules are consistent, and consistently applied, I
very much appreciate that.

I tend to be far more militant than my colleagues when it comes to things like this "warning," so I will withhold my comments.

The stories I've heard worry me, but I haven't endured any
miscarriages of justice yet I'm glad to say. The two or so that
got pulled were right on the line, in the gray. They weren't
any more offensive than allowed content, and they weren't
porn, so met the spirit of the TOS imho. But arguably not the
letter of the TOS. So I got a ticket for going 30 in a 25 zone.
Fine.
If _this_ one got pulled, I'd be joining your militia!

As far as I know, this is a message that is sent when someone clicks on the report button. And unfortunately there are many people who don't know the TOS and apply their own interpretation of erotic content here. I usually check when I receive such messages to see if it might be true, but most of the cases it is a false-report and I ignore it.
And thank you for showing us this great animation once again. It seems, I missed it^^

Good point! What I didn't appreciate before all of these
fine responses is that warnings are triggered by the public.
I doubt many spectators know the TOS as well as I do, since I re-read
it maybe twice a month, or any time I'm pushing near it.
Hehe, and glad you enjoy it! Ironic that whoever flagged me just gave
the excuse to promote it again

It's because your paddle is transphobic. I mean transparent.

You do have the mature tag applied so I have no idea...as others have eluded to, probably just a hater reported and DA is doing a CYA for their sake. I would not sweat this one, personally.

cool, thanks, that's reassuring. I like this one, don't want to change it or pull it

DA won't tell you specifically what the problem is? That's pretty crappy.

Ignore it. How did you get the butt to jiggle like that?

Yeah I think if the mods were to really crack the whip they would have removed it outright then gave a warning about repeated offenses blah blah blah

I believe a notification like this isn't necessarily indicative of a rule violation, just that some other Deviant thought it violated the rules and reported it. They may be mistaken, which is most likely why the admins are giving you the option to self-police rather than removing it. You can probably ignore it; I've received a few and I usually do.
I have removed a handful of Deviations after commenters kindly warned me there could be a ToS violation, I'd trust that feedback more than someone reporting something anonymously.

As Dangerguy01 explains. If a work is 'reported' the artist receives a message about whether a mature tag is required. Mods will look at the report eventually. However, if a work is reported enough times then there's an automatic mature tag applied (which can be appealed).
I'm assuming it's the first scenario. If so then it's just someone who can't handle jiggle....

That's a good point, make sure the mature tag is applied. I apply every mature tag to all my stuff these days. Which seems absurd, but then again, most of the stuff in my gallery needs some sort of mature tag, so why not tag all of it...
