We all just stood there; the earth trembling beneath our hooves as the behemoth drew closer. And we were left to face it alone. It was unlike anything we had ever since before.

Sometimes you see fanart so cool, you just have to draw it yourself. This was one of those times.

The ever-talented Bear-mation created some art of their reworked idea for The Ending of The End in which the Mane Six confronts the Legion of Doom - King Sombra and the Storm King included - who seemed to have fused with Grogar taking the reins. The second I saw this on Twitter/X, I just had to draw the Merged Legion. Characters fusing - and the result is something like this - is so fucking awesome to me and I low-key wished Hasbro went with this during the mentioned episode! Ah well. That's why we have amazing fanwork like this. Anyway, after asking, Bear-mation was nice enough to give me the reference for the color scheme. I know the wings are smaller than the original, but I was trying to fit everything on the page, so sorry.

Also, did I fuck up the tail? I mean, it says it has the body, fur, and tail of the Storm King, and it is black in the reference. Maybe they were going for more Sombra in the tail. Either way, I have fun drawing this monstrosity.
